Sweet Potato Soufflé
Main

3 lbs Sweet Potatoes (baked for 1 hour at 400 Degrees then peeled)

1 egg

1 stick of butter melted

1/2 cup milk (optional)

Topping

1 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans)

1 stick butter melted

1/2 cup almond four

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp cloves

Mix main ingredients and put in a glass dish. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. 

Bake 350 Degrees 30 minutes
