Pumpkin Pie

Crust:

​

1 cup almond flour

1 cup tapioca flour

1 stick butter (softened or melted)

1/2 tsp salt

​

1 egg

​

use fork to mix dry ingredients with butter. After a consistent powdery texture, use the fork to incorporate the egg. 

​

spread on your pie plate

Pumpkin Filling

​

1 can pumpkin

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp clove

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp ginger

​

mix ingredients

pour into prepared crust

​

bake 425° 15 min lower the temperature to 350° cook another 30-40 min
